A meeting with one of our senior property consultants will establish if an A Grade Quad Occ or Dual Occ (or other property type) is suitable for you and explain the full process so that you can make an informed decision whether or not to move forward with A Grade Properties.
Financing Your Property
A Grade Properties Partner with Finance Brokers who specialise in the type of properties we produce. Whether you are investing in your own name/s or within your Self Managed Super Fund, a brief phone call with one of our specialists can determine the best way forward for you.
Securing Your Property
Upon gaining finance approval, selecting the most appropriate property for you and securing it involves placing a $1,000 holding deposit into our solicitors (or yours) trust fund and completing an Expression Of Interest form. Contracts of Sale will be produced with mutually agreeable terms and forwarded to you for perusal and signing. This process usually takes up to 2 weeks.
